Welcome back to my blog! Today’s post is something a little different for me but I just had to share it with you. If you’re a lover of fashion, designer goods at low prices and situated in the North East of England, this one may be ideal for you!

I recently came across by St Oswald’s Hospice, a boutique situated in the heart of Jesmond, just a few minutes out of Newcastle City centre. As seen by the name it is run by St. Oswald’s, a charity that provides specialist hospice care to North East adults, young people and children with life-limiting conditions. This makes it even more worthwhile spending your dollar in here!

This stylish boutique offers a range of products, from high end designer goods to department store gems. It has both a men and women’s section alongside home-goods, books etc. at very affordable prices, so it really does have a bit for everyone.

Amongst the items I found brands such as Michael Kors, Barbour, Ted Baker, and Lulu Guinness from as little as £10, now if that’s not a bargain I don’t know what is! Some high street brands also included Next, Monsoon, Coast and Reiss which were excellent for dresses and tailored trousers.

My absolute favourite discovery was this vintage Chanel scarf for £90. Made out of silk it is also perfectly versatile to use as a head scarf or to pair it with a chic leather Michael Kors bag for £40 as I did bellow. I also found these gorgeous clutches, perfect to coordinate with your summer outfits!

img_8533Finally onto my purchases! Even though I wish I could have taken the whole shop home with me, but I limited myself to two items. The first purchase was these Kurt Geiger platforms for only £10! These are a perfect heel to pair with casual a casual outfit or to dress up for an occasion or night out. As they’re black they go with EVERYTHING and a girl can never have too many shoes right?!

My other purchase was these wide leg culotte style trousers from Autograph for only £10 as well. Trousers are something I struggle with as I find for good quality and a perfect fit you do have to splash out a bit more, so when I saw these for 1/5 of the price I couldn’t say no! Not only do they fit like a glove but the quality is amazing with the material being thick, making them even look expensive.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this post as it is something a little different from me. I would highly recommend a trip to the boutique if you’re in the North East area. The staff were lovely and helpful and the location is easy to find! They also have their own Instagram page where they post images of new items they get in daily, I will leave a link to it here so go check it out (@boutiquebystoswalds).

Let my know bellow your favourite pieces or if you’ve visited it yourself!
